Доброго времени суток. Гости дорогие! Предлагаю уютный дом. Дом после ремонта. Для комфортного проживания в доме имеется всё необходимое. В спальне двуспальная кровать собственного изготовления (Дром), в зале диван угловой (новый). В гостиной уголок раскладной. Кухня — просто песня! Плита индукционная, СВЧ, чайник, чай, кофе потанцуем. Кружки, ложки, поварёшки — всё необходимое, чтоб приготовить еду. Санузел совместный: ванна, унитаз, умывальник, стиральная машинка, тёплый пол. Во дворе имеется мангал для шашлыков. В 200 м от дома река Томь. До близлежащей остановки 5–7 минут пешком. Дорогие девочки и мальчики, благодарю вас за чистоту и порядок, оставленный после проживания. С любовью и уважением. Ждём в гости.
