Advantages:

Поиветливая хозяйка. Быстро отвечает на сообщеня. В квартире чисто, все соответствует фотографиям. Есть чайник, микроволновка и однокомфорочная плита. Чистые полотенца 2, посуда. Всё соответствует описанию. Не шумный спальный район.

Disadvantages:

Желательно сделать свежий косметический ремонт. Балкон не остеклен. Расположить кухонное полотенце. Добавить бокалы для разных напитков,кроме 2х кружек.
